Keeping track of your sets?

Hello!

My family and I are avid pin traders. We have two giant bulletin boards of our pins, and about to start on our 3rd!

One of these boards is full of sets (the other has parks, characters, DVC, etc.). Does anyone have advice for keeping track of which pins you need for your sets? In the past, we have had papers, and written notes on our iPhone. But, I'm wondering what methods other people use? With so many sets, it gets hard when you're in the parks to remember exactly which ones you have and need!

Somewhere on this board is a link for an app that people use, I did have it on my old phone but not on my new one. It was useful because you could check them off as you got them.
