Keeping the camper cool at WDW

Worried about our one 13500 btu overhead unit in our camper. Will it hold up in disney for a 6/22-7/8 trip? Just camped our first year in it but it seems like every time we camped it was unseasonably cool so we never really got to see what it's got. Thanks.

We have a 31' TT and it has one ac unit. We've always been comfortably cool using our unit on the hottest of days. My guess is you'll be fine. We also turn up the temp a bit (70's) while we're out so the unit doesn't run itself forever.

We never camped in Florida but we had several summer trips when we had temperatures in the mid 90s. Our a/c worked great in our trailer.
It is helpful if you are able to get under some trees. Keep all the shades down during the day. We had these to block the vent holes

Use a small fan to circulate the air if one area stays warmer.

35 foot double slide Jayco, granted mine is a 15,000 BTU but I don't think you'll have trouble. Keep your blinds closed, possibly invest in some insulators for your skylights.

Here in Texas it gets HOT in the summer. We have had no problems.

Remember with the high humidity it may be different. Don't lower the thermostat too far. Be aware of the unit possibly freezing up if there is not enough circulation. During the heat of the day when it may run non-stop leave the diverter open on the unit some so air can flow better and prevent freezing. I had my unit freeze up once and called out a repairman. Luckily it was under warranty and was only frozen. Once it thawed out it was fine.
