Got a resale recently at BCV for only 50 pts. They were asking 88, but I offered 90. First of all, it was a small contract, so it only meant paying $100 more and wanted to make sure it passed, and secondly, I already own at BCV with the same use year and my particular use year (June) does not come up that frequently.
So to me, it was a good deal.
