Keeping fastpasses secret from GF?

Hello everyone,

The girlfriend and I are off to Orlando 27th September for 2 weeks and it will be the first time for her.

We are staying offsite due to budgetary reasons but I have booked a one night stay at Port Orleans French Quater as a surprise for her birthday.

I was wondering if we are able to take advantage of the 60 days fastpass window for staying onsite but because it is going to be a surprise I don't want it to show up on her 'My Disney Experience'. She wont find out until about 20 days before we go.

If they are linked to her MDE then she will be able to see them if she logs into it.

I have only been to Disney once since Fastpass+ has been here (from the UK). I havn't added the hotel to with our MDE accounts yet, but I'm guessing as soon as we want to make Fastpasses 60 days in advance we would have to link the hotel to it which would blow the surprise?

Can you link it to a separate MDE?

I don't know how it works with the tickets though. I would think you would need to link the tickets separately to the other MDE as well.

A call to a CM could be helpful. Consider it a "Magic" request. They seem to love those types of surprises.

Correct. If you want the 6 0 day FP+ advantage you have to link your on site hotel in MDE. If she has access to the MDR account she will be able to see them. There is no other way if you want that advantage
