Hi,

I am new to this but I thought I'd give it a try! I will have 15 points left over from this year (2004), which I will bank in July if not taken.

I am willing to tranfer/rent/trade I can book @ BCV @ 11 months from leaving date or 7 months @ any other DVC resort. Very happy to check availabilty!!! Want $10/point for any BCV or other DVC resort. $12 for any non DVC resort or Conceige collection. PM me or post here if interested!!

I guess I would just take all 22 from you if I had to. The two that are left over ...could they be banked to 2005? My use year is April I am pretty sure, and our vacations are usually in march. So your points would still be good for me next march anyway.

I guess I dont really care about 2pts and 20.00 but was just trying to understand the "renting" a little better. When you rent, you have to use them in the USE YEAR I would assume which in this case would be by July 2004 - July 2005?

if you sold the other 7, I am out of luck. I would also have to call in next two days to see if Mar 17 they would let us stay the extra night! We are there Mar 14-16 for 90pts right now.

Being a DVC member, do you think I would just be better off BORROWING against my 2004 100pts on this? That makes me have to find 10pts next year though.

I wish I could be of help to you but I only have 15 points left. Sorry!! Yes, the I could bank the two points for my 2005 UY if you didn't have use for them!!! I'd only want you to have what you need. Borrowing 22 from 100 would not be all that bad. But you could find someone you could rent you the points that would be better. I have a feburary 1st UY & will be banking whatever is left by July 31st into 2005. Hope this helps! Good Luck!!
