Keep trying ticket upgrade code Apr-May

We are staying at the WL in May and when the free upgrade ticket code came out, it was not available for the Woods View room we had. I have been checking the WDW website every day several times a day to see if I can upgrade. This morning I was able to switch my room to a standard view and get the ticket upgrade. It saved us $256. That will pay for our P&PP tickets and some souveniers. I am so excited. So, for those of you that weren't able to get the ticket upgrade, keep checking.

How do I do that? I will be there in May also. I would love to have the upgrade in my tickets.

To see if your resort and room type are available you can go to the Disneyworld reservation website and click on tickets and reservations at the top, then on the next page, click the "special offers" and choose the first special and put your dates in and choose your resort. If the resort and room type you are staying at show up, then you can call Disney and have them add the code. I think the code is APN. I just found out that tomorrow is the last day, so check now. I hope you can get it. You could always call Disney directly without checking the website, but you won't always get a helpful CM, so I always checked the website first, then called when I knew it was available.

Call and ask about the Ap discount too - it may be worth it to buy 1 - I just saved over $650 on my 7 night AKL reservation - when I figured out the difference between the 8 day hopper and an AP, it was still worth it to buy the AP - room rate went from $275 rack rate to $164 AP rate!!
