Keep seeing chatter about free dining dates but

I see that some of you here have posted free dining dates for the fall and winter, and I'd like to participate, but when I go to the Disney site, I don't see free dining at all past Sept 24 (not my dates). Do you have to have a pin or something to get free dining in October?

I just checked...it's definitely on the site. Go over to "Tickets & Packages" and look under special offers. It runs from October until March.
