KEEP ME POSTED!! I-4 FIRES to TAMPA

will be arriving in orlando July 5th and need to take I-4 to Tampa from Orlando or vice versa. Not sure which way will be coming from.
I need you all to keep me posted up till the end of June as to whether or not the road is closed or not. I haven't heard anything about the fires lately, but I want to know before I get there.

Hi blueyes97, There is no problem with I-4 and the fires at this point. The Orlando area has been having thunderstaorms in the afternoon the past few weeks which has lowered the fire danger. There are a few contained fires that give off some smoke but not like what we had before.
