Keep Checking Airfare Prices

Just wanted to let everyone know who is looking to book airfare to really keep checking the rates ....even a couple of times a day. I booked President's Week air for under $200 for 5 of us from Boston a while ago by doing this.

The reason I'm posting now is because my neighbor just told me they always go to West Palm Beach over President's Week but this year the airfare has been around $500 pp. INSANE. So I started checking for her and within two days I found a rate of $89 each way on Airtran for that prime week from Boston. The first day and night the rates were over $550 ..then for a couple hours one day they dropped!!! They are since way back up again. So....I know the fares are insane, but they change so much...even during a one day period, that it really does pay to keep looking.

Just wanted to give a little hope to those of you still searching for their upcoming trips...whenever they may be.

Thanks--I am currently doing that for the end of Feb from chicago!!! It is amazing how it fluctuates in a 24 hour period
it has been as high as 720 and the lowest is 350--
i am looking at a specifc airline/flight times, unfortunately
