I am so beyond angry. I've been on the phone for over two hours today. I came back from church today and hopped onto my disney experience. I had a thought about changing one of my FPs that I had scheduled. All eight days of my FPs had disappeared. I called Disney. Fortunately, I did have the foresight to have a print out of what I had on there. However, some of the ones that I had scheduled failed to print.
The internet service guy pretty nice and did all he could to replace what I had.
But obviously, many major rides gone. I would say half of my days totally wrecked. Nothing available and nothing they can do. I am so angry. This is months of work thinking about not criss-crossing the park, times for lunch and dinner, when will the baby be asleep. I asked to be directed to someone else. The lady at guest services was a jerk. Her tone was awful, eye-rolling over the phone. She said there was nothing she could do. I could send an e-mail but they receive thousands of these and I might get a response in two weeks. My trip is in 40 days! I told guest services lady how would she like it if she worked for two weeks and didn't get paid. " Sorry it's a new system and we are all out of funds." or We can give you half of what you were supposed to get". At this moment in time I personally HATE FP+.
SORRY for my long RANT- my question to the Disboards is there anyone to contact for a more immediate response. Nothing was offered as compensation, I got a response of "we've done what we can do for you give you back half of what you started with"

I disappeared from all our FP's and dining reservations a month prior to our trip. The kids and DH were still there, which was weird, since I was the one logging on and doing all the planning. I called Guest Services and was transferred to the IT dept. where I sat on hold for over 30 min. The tech guy was very nice and apologetic. He wasn't sure why I disappeared, but as I was talking to him, I reappeared like magic. He even called it strange, but happy. He hadn't done anything at that point and couldn't explain how or why I was dropped, then why I was back on the reservations. During our trip, the MDE phone app was very glitchy. It frequently asked me to log in, failed to display our plans, and crashed. The first time it happened, I worried our FPs wouldn't work, but we didn't have any problems. I completely gave up on MDE by 10:00 a.m. the 2nd day. Before the trip, I wrote all our FPs and ADRs on an index card and relied on that rather than the MDE app.
