Katsura Grill on DDP?

Can anyone tell me if the newly renamed and reopened Katsuara Grill in the Japan Pavilion in Epcot is included in the dining plan?

This will be our sixth trip to the World and I'm kicking myself for never investigating this place before now. We lived in Japan years ago and can't wait to try some of our old favorites again, especially okinomiyaki.
