Reverse crunches are when you lay down and bring your knees up to your chest. It is for the lower abs - mine are terrible.

Day Twenty-five

Somehow I lost count of my days so I went and recounted. I started healthy eating on February 19 and exercising on March 1.

Things are a little more challanging because I am out of town at a conference. No transportation to curves.

I did have a 20 minute full body massage and then into the whirlpool. Yes - I love to pamper myself - at least this time it is not with food :goodvibes

Here is how I did with my goals:

1. Take in calories twice a day. (This is prescribed by my Dr.)
Yes - I ate grilled chicken and vegtables (plus two cookies).

2. Drink 3 liters of liquid. (Right now, I am drinking diet green tea)
Bad - mostly diet soda

3. Go to Curves
No Curves avaliable, but did 75 minutes at 3.0 mph on the hotel treadmill.

4. Do 50 crunches
Yes 100 crunches, 35 reverse crunches and 30 leg scissors.

5. Post in my online journal.
Yes - always

6. Take my vitamins.
Yes.

7. Read my dieter’s devotion.
Yes.
 
I can't believe how long it has been since I posted in my journal. Almost two weeks.

Well, I hve been doing well and keeping up with the exercise and healthy eating. I will post tonight on my goals.
