Kathy needs a Khat.

Listening to the "Get to know Us." show and Kathy's Disney story, it struck me that Kathy is the female Bawb. And I mean that most definitely as a compliment. Her passion, love and continued awe of Disney seem very similiar to his. Also her love of Space and Kennedy Space Center, astronauts ect...

I remember listening to shows where Pete would say "I haven't been over to see the new Haunted Mansion yet." and I would gasp, because it had be re-opened for weeks and weeks and I couldn't imagine not running right over to check it out. Or on another show Julie said she hadn't been on Soarin' yet and Pete was the one who gasped and she said she just hadn't gotten around to it yet. So when Bob passed away, I remember thinking, who is going to go to the parks and check stuff out? Who is going to go see if they raised the prices on Dole Whips? Who is going to check out the new show or parade or whatever? Who is going to be the morning person? Who is going to check out things that happen before noon? Who on the team could or would even WANT to go to the parks that much? Kathy has definitely filled that possible void.

Now all she needs are orange Christmas lights so we can find her when we go to parks!

Thank you. I love being out in the parks. As I mentioned I try to remember all the people that would love to be at WDW and I have the opportunity to share that with them.

Great thread! I agree that Kathy is doing a wonderful job in showing us all that is new and happening at WDW. And it is wonderful how it doesn't sound like she is doing it as part of her job, but because she loves it! I also love her blog posts! Thanks Kathy!
