But reading about your secret about going down to a size 18 , made me go and take out all of my old pants. Guess what?? what used to fit tight ( size 20W ) just a few months ago, now I can put both of my hand down to my hip inside the pants , that's how big they are.
Then I took out the old 18's that did not fit....they fit now and they don't even bother me because they are loose!!. Soon I will be on a size 16.....yipeeeeeeeeeeee!!!
For some people this may still sound like a big size, I'm a tall person , so for me a size 8 is not realistic, I look anorexic, I will settle for a 10 or 12.
You see what you did to me Kath??? but then again....what would I do without you and without all the other loosers??

Olga, I'm about 6 or 7 inches shorter than you and I wear a size 18 finally after 4 months. I don't think a size 16 sounds large, it's my next goal

Congratulations, Kanga!! That is a wonderful accomplishment!! Isn't it funny how Kath inspires so many of us?? Just last night I raked through my closet to find what I could squeeze myself into!! I was pleasantly suprised when I found out I could fit into many things now that I couldn't before!!

I have to be honest, I even tried on a dress!!! and if fits.
You all know that I am not on any specific diet , just eating sensibly and exercising more, this is working for me so far and I am very proud that I am accomplishing this, but in all honesty, if it wasn't for all the wonderful support I have found here, I don't think I would have enough motivation to do it.
For that and for all of you being who you are, I'm incredibly proud to call you my friends and thank you all.
It feels so good to know that I'm not alone on this journey, my cyber-family is right along with me!
