Kate Goesslin's hairstyle -- yay or nay?

not a fan of the hairstyle, but to be fair, I think she wears it well. I have only seen 2 or 3 episodes, and I do not care for Kate from what is shown to the public, so I am probably biased about her from that.
I DO think it took guts to agree to that style. It looks like 2 seprate styles to me tho, which I really do not care for on anyone.

There was another time - when she had short hair - but not with the spikes in the back and so much hair hanging down near her eye.. I really liked that hair style.. Was surprised when I saw this new one..

The headline says it all, I do not care for the hanging in her face front nor that funky spiky stuff in the top/back.

That's precisely the problem with her haircut. The longer in front, shorter in back hair has become a classic style. The problem with Kate's hair is there is no gradation. It's long, then it's really short. It looks like 2 different hairstyles on the same person and that's why it's off.

Kate's actually a little late getting in on that style. My daughter had it two years ago, along with LOTS of high school/college age girls around here. When my daughter had it, she had hot pink streaks throughout. I loved it on her - on Kate, eh...not so much.

It's like a reverse mullet. A big fat Nay from me too.

I used to like her show but I can bring myself to watch it anymore. I'm not going to tune in and watch 10 people's lives completely fall apart.

I like the color.. I don't like the "spikes" in the back - and if it were me, the front would need to be shorter.. It would annoy me hanging down near my eye like that..

I like short hair on her - and the current color(s).. She's a very attractive woman - no getting away from that..

I also doubt she really sees the whole picture of what her head looks like. I have a friend who keeps doing things like that to her hair, and as she has the hairstyle longer and longer, she does stranger and stranger things to it...pulls the front in odd places, does the back up even rattier...she thinks she's quite cute, but she's looking at herself really close in the mirror, not getting a long view of it. I think she's seeing the bits and pieces that do look cute, but not seeing the full effect.

I'm a total Kate apologist, if their marriage breaks up I'll be very sad (I think hubby will be even more so) for all of them, hubby and I LOVE watching them b/c they aren't that far off from us (she's perhaps a bit more brusque than I get, and hubby doesn't have the tantrums Jon has now that hubby has his blood sugar levels down to normal...note to Jon, check your blood sugar!), DS is almost the exact same age as the 6, he's a quarter Korean like the kids, and as he noticed the other week, the kids wear Crocs like he does as well. We enjoy their show and their personalities quite a bit...but none of us like her hair. (or his for that matter!)

She claims to be such a good mother and does everything for her kids, etc.. but that hairstyle must take hours to get looking like that. Plus 3 or 4 cans of mousse and spray. It has to be like little hairy toothpicks to stay that way all day. I hate the hairstyle, I don't like the spikes, but that hair hanging in the face drives me crazy.
Also, I have read articles about how she keeps in shape. SHE HAD SURGERY! I would have a great shape too if someone paid the DR. I have never read anything about her surgeries in the articles about her body size and shape.
But then again, Jon was bald once, he got hair transplants.

What does her hair have to do with her parenting?

With hairstyles, it actually depends on how a person DOES the hair, for instance I knew a girl that had long hair that looked like it took hours but in all actuality it didn't take that long and she had some kids. Short hairstyles can be tooken care of quite easily in a short amount of time despite the appearance of being cared for a lot.

So she had surgery? I don't see why this is a big deal. It is her body after all. Liposuction isnt the answer to everything. I had a aunt who had surgery done but she still had to work out and eat right. Liposuction isn't a magic surgery that gets rid of extra weight, it gets rid of the pounds but there as to be care for it too, so technically she isn't relying on the doctor for her body.

No, I hate it. Besides a mullet, it's probably my least favorite cut. Everytime I see it I think "mangy mutt." I just don't see the point of sticking it up in the back. It looks silly and dirty (unclean) to me.

All I can say is for some Reason I so have the Hots for her . I like the hair but it's one of those deals i think I would like her Bald.

Maybe it's the abuse she puts him through or the percision of yelling she does to get the troops going but Man I really like watching that show and it aint for the kiddos lol
