Bought the Kata R-103. Very comfortable; quite a bit of room; and my Toshiba Satellite laptop just barely fits, but it does fit 
But, there was a bundle of various/miscellaneous straps. No instructions, pictures, hints, nothing. Have figured out most (neck strap, waist strap, etc) and narrowed them down to the "pouch" for the tripod and it's strap - a Y shaped "thing" with two connectors on one end and an sliding adjustment tab on the other. However, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to attach it and the pouch to the bag

I'm normally pretty mechanically inclined, but I feel like a real dope
