Karmel Shuttle tipping question

We are arriving tomorrow morning, yippeee, and we are taking the Karmel shuttle from LAX to our hotel. I'm assuming that we should tip the driver, but how much? We've never used a shuttle so I have no idea what tipping procedure is.

I tip per bag usually, so 1-3 bucks per bag depending.

We usually tip per bag...$1 to $2...depending on if the driver lifts anything or not.

Usually my husband takes care of the luggage and I get the car seat into the van.

If the driver just stands by while we do all the work then he doesn't get as much of a tip for sure.

EDIT: We use town car service in Orlando & tip 10% each way. We have used Super Shuttle from LAX a few times. Can't remember what we gave tah driver-I think about $10 each way -only 2 of us with 2 suitcases total.
