I saw the Village People when they performed at a local bar here in Cleveland during the height of the disco craze. Talk about a high energy group of singers. I managed to work my way up to the stage (it was a small bar), so I got to see them up close. Ah, those were the good old days.

I saw them at a small college here in town during the height of the disco craze as well. They blew off a cannon at the end of "In The Navy," and I had my head turned just so....and lost most of my hearing out of my right ear. Didn't matter much at the time.
