Karaoke at Kimonos?

I've heard of karaoke at Kimonos (Swan?)...has anyone tried this? Is this a bar or restaurant type environment? Is it for adults (21+) only...or can kids join in the fun? We have a small karaoke machine at home that they kids love to use...so a family outing of karaoke would be a special treat! Any comments on this place?

Kimonos is a sushi restaurant that features karaoke on a pretty regular basis. I've only been once, but what I remember is that ppl of all ages are welcome to participate, however, after a certain time (10? 11?) it's 21+ only to sing. It's a fairly small venue, get there early to guarantee a seat.
