Is Karamell Kuche still around? I haven't heard much about it on the boards lately, and it's not on the list of kiosks on AllEars.net either.

yes it is still there unless something has changed since the end of October. I miss the old sweet shop in Germany.

I went there to get the coveted caramel corn the beginning of November and, sadly, it wasn't very good.



But, to be fair, it wasn't fresh. I suspect it had been made the night before as I was there roughly around noon or so and it was obvious they had not started making it yet.

It's still there. I was disappointed when we visited last month because my favorite treat, the vanilla caramel fudge, wasn't being sold.

Karamel Kuche is still there; I don't know why all Allears.net doesn't list it anymore, but it's not really a kiosk. It's a full shop with lots of really yummy snacks.

OMG the old candy shop in Germany had my very favorite snack in all of Epcot - chocolate covered toffee rolled in peanuts - it disappeared when they opened Karamel Kuche & I haven't been able to find it since.

one of our favorites also. My DH always looks like a kid when he is standing outside watching them make their treats. he likes the carmel marshmallow swirl and the vanilla cupcake with the carmel drizzle. then we head over for a nice wine to wash it down. (thats for me)

Went there twice 2 weeks ago. Got a sea salted dark chocolate caramel and a chocolate and caramel rice crispie block. Yum, excellent use of snack credits.

We too went there twice on our trip last month. We used a lot of SC there. I have a QSDP review going and I have reviewed our first visit there with a lot of photos.

I will tell you that I wasn't overly impressed with what we got there. Some items were very good (Dark Choc. Salted Caramel) but I thought most items were just okay. We actually still have some in our fridge from our last visit. I was happy to try the caramel corn using a SC (small) but was disappointed in it. It was sticky and chewy. I guess it's try what they say about getting it when it's hot. They had a new batch coming out in about 10 mins. Next time (if there is a next time) I will wait. Since it was near the end of our trip we actually ended up taking it home and warming it up in the oven. Much better-but I will tell you that I make a better caramel corn from a recipe I saw on Sandra Lee-only 3 ingredients-popcorn ( I use leftovers from the movies), brown sugar, and caramel sauce (like for sundaes) DELISH!

We went for this first time this trip. I was lucky to get the caramel popcorn fresh and it was amazing. I was surprised at how large a portion you got for a small size. DH and I loved it but I can see why some people would not like how chewy it is.

When we were there my kids got milk chocolate covered caramel squares and I got a chocolate and caramel covered strawberry. Very yummy use of some snack credits.
