Kali River Rapids

In the information section it says Kali River Rapids has a 42" height requirement, but when you put in the height of your child it doesn't come up as a height requirement of 42". Does anyone know...does a child need to be 42" for Kali River Rapids. Thanks!

Anther site has the height at 38", I think that would be right.

That is great to know. Granddaughter is 40.75 " and I don't want to get her interested in any rides that she can't ride.

It's 38", but if they are under 42" they give them a special stamp which you MUST show the CM putting you on the ride. There is a special bar that they put down for the 38" - 42" riders. My DS3 fell into that category this year.

It was 38 inches when we were at AK last September and as far as I know it has always been 38 inches.

There seems to be TWO heights requirements for Kali...

38 AND 42.

It seems they have some seats that 38 inchers can sit in, and once you hit 42 inches you can ride in any seat.

My son is 43 1/2 inches and got a hand stamp with the word Kali at the enterance, where i noticed the double decker height measurer, then right before boarding the CM looked for his stamp and sent us to the first raft. I asked about it, and the CM said they have higher seats for the 38 inchers. I didnt notice any seats being different, but then again I with three kids, i rarely notice the finer points of things.
