If you really don't want something wet AT ALL, then maybe bring a Zip-lock baggy that you could store in your bag or pack before and after the ride. The big thing in the middle is not huge, and it is never garanteed that everything in it stays dry. Usually they do, but you never know.
We ALWAYS get soaked on Kali, but we usually go in July, so it is not that bad. It is really refreshing. Make sure that is close to or THE last ride of the park you plan on going on. Last time we forgot about this and went right to it, happy to get on without a wait
. We went to It's Tough To Be a Bug next and I remember dripping in that waiting area before you enter the theater, and then when we left the theater, the seats are soaked! I felt so bad for the incoming people.
We wore water-proof sandles when we went on last time, and even though we were slipping and sliding in them for the first 5-10 minutes after getting off, they were almost completely dry, and our feet were too. As for the ponchos, good luck! They are tricky to use because if you don't put them on a certain way, the water comes splashing right into the poncho. We were wearing ponchos on Splash Mountain (it was raining), and I think we got even more soaked than if we hadn't used the ponchos, but you might want to try them anyway.
Good luck with trying to stay dry, but I think by the time you walk around the park in the 90 degree weather, you will want to get wet, lol.
