We are coming with 4 adults and 4 kids and wanting to stay at Kadani
Village in a 2 bedroom init. What are your thoughts on space. Will we have enough room or will we all feel tight.

We do a grand villa for 8 but there are a lot of people who think putting 4 adults and 4 kids in a 2 bedroom is ok. The great thing at Kidani is that the 2 bedrooms have that 3rd full bathroom. If you get a dedicated 2 bedroom you will have a king in the master, two queens in the 2nd bedroom and then a sleeper sofa and sleeper chair in the living room. The 2 bedroom lock-offs will have a queen plus sleeper sofa in the 2nd bedroom rather than 2 beds.

The resort is gorgeous. We have stayed here in a 2 bedroom and a grand villa on two separate vacations and loved the resort.

We had 7 in a dedicated 2 bedroom (3 adults and 4 kids), and we were tight. DH and I had the master, Dh's sister and her 2 kids had the 2nd bedroom, and our 2 boys slept in the den.

Our boys in the den really had no place to "escape" to for a little peace and quiet from the other kids. Their sleeping space was also the living space, and after a few days, they needed some separation.

Is there enough sleeping space for 8? Yes. Is there enough living space for 8? Not for our family.

We always bring a blow up bed for our son to sleep on in the Master bedroom
with us. Then our daughter would sleep on the pull out coach.
We would let the other family have the 2nd bedrrom with 2 queen beds.

I think it depends greatly on how old the children are. Also how they divide the second bedroom is 2 queen beds and it is a vert roomy unit.

It would be easier with smaller children but doable if they are the adventures type that wouldn't mind camping out in the living room 2 could share the second queen and 2 could share the pull out couch in the living room.
I wouldn't do tis if the plan is to equally split the room though because one adult couple will be sharing a room and the other will get a nice king bed and separate shower and bath to themselves.

The kids are 8,11,11 and 14.

I posted our experience above, but I wanted to add that the 4 kids in our 2 bedroom were 15, 12, 12, and 9. Almost the same ages as the kids you are putting in the 2 bedroom. In our experience, kids this age needed their own space, and there was none for the kids sleeping in the den area.

It will be tight but its doable. If the adults don't mind have 1 or 2 kids with them in the 2nd bedroom.

When we had that many people we did a two bedroom at OKW to have the extra space. The big balcony with the table came in handy too. We sent the kids out there to eat and the adults ate at the table.
