Hi there- I've tried researching this as well as ask the JW and I'm getting conflicting results each time I look it up or ask. Does anyone have recent experience of staying here and taking the JW shuttle to the Disney parks? I'm specifically wondering if we need to transfer at Disney Springs OR if it takes you straight to each individual park. Some have said you transfer some have said straight there. JW just directs me to the link with the shuttle bookings and all it says is "Transportation hub" for each of the parks.

Thank you for any insight on this!

You can catch a shuttle from JW to each of the four parks and Disney Springs. The shuttle is included in your resort fee, but must be reserved. The shuttles leave at designed times, about 2 hours between shuttles.

The shuttles can be reserved at this website: JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa (ipoolside.com)

FWIW Disney doesn't supply bus transportation between DS and theme parks.

Low end hotels might dump everyone at the TTC, not DS.

Well, I wouldn't consider that a low end hotel, but getting dumped at TTC isn't the worst.

But, you are correct that there are no park buses at Disney Springs for many years now.

@bfost87 - thanks for the link. I'm considering JW BC for a day before my DVC stay over the 2022 Easter week if my waitlist doesn't come for my night.

You are right, it its anything but a low end hotel.

EarlyOctober, first time ever to use the Hilton Bonnet Creek shuttle…
Now , I know the drop off is in a smaller hub by the Cirque de Soleil and the small outdoor parking lot. I noticed Uber and Lyftt at this location.
But I learned the hard way in pouring rain , downpour rain… You enter security on the right of the Cirque Building but take a different path to exit on the other side of Cirque… Watched the bus pull away exactly at time they said they would. Did not linger so beware! Be on time .
Security is one way enter only . They will not allow any guests to exit.

Thanks for the response! I looked at that link before but the wording threw me off by each of the parks saying drops off at "transportation hub" just wanted to make sure that it wasnt Disney Springs or to the TTC to then get on another shuttle. JW just responded to my question with "You can transfer to different shuttles depending on your intended destination". Still doesnt totally make sense. But maybe I'm making this too hard :) Glad you have stayed there and know first hand that each will take you to the individual parks.

I understand your concern and would want it clarified. Their response is not what I would want to hear.

I think most of the non-Disney shuttles drop off at TTC and/or EPCOT (they have the two biggest depots) where guests have to further transfer. Most offsite shuttles have to be reserved and are either included in a resort fee OR have a fee.

Have you called the hotel direct?

thank you for that! They have a great message set up so I've been texting with them. They've answered all my other questions about my stay but this one seems "off". Almost like they don't want to just come out and say "yes you will take our shuttle to the TTC and then you will need to get on another shuttle". Guessing they dont want to lose anyone that way? I will call tomorrow for sure and see if I can get some kind of clarification. Thank you again!

Just wanted to let everyone know that I called and spoke to the front desk manager at the JW and she told me that the JW shuttle will take you directly to the park you reserve it for. The only park that you will have to transfer at is MK because everyone has to monorail, boat to MK entrance. She also said it's the same on the way back to the JW, it will pick you up at the park no transfers needed and bring you right back to the hotel. The only time I guess they sometimes make a stop is with EPCOT and HS. She said if the shuttle isnt full they may stop at EP & HS then to hotel.

Thought everyone would like to know the answer straight from the hotel!

THANKS for the update! Heading there in one day, and I heard same info. Seems like they have a really great shuttle service which I would expect from a JW Marriott as they are pretty high end of the the hotel options 😀

I would LOVE a review if you happen to find a few minutes?! I'm headed there in 7 days. Thank you and have a great vacation!

Just leave that hotel. I do not recommend it if you bring kids. The room is really small. However, the food is so good. Whatever it is low end or high end, all the buses to Magic Kingdom only stop at TTC. That means you have to use the Monorail or boat to Magic Kingdom.

All non-Disney hotels including Swan/Dolphin drop off at the TTC, so that’s as good as it gets for offsite. Going directly to each park is better than many other shuttles do.
