JW Marriot vs Ritz Carlton

Hello all! I'm getting married on 4/28/12 and we are so excited to be planning our Disneyworld honeymoon! We are trying to decide between staying at the Ritz Carlton or JW Marriott. I was hoping that some of you could help point us in the right direction!

A few things that will help us to decide, other than one just being more awesome than the other. Due to budget, we will be staying in the most basic room (deluxe standard I think) at either hotel. (The price I saw online is similar enough that it's not our deciding factor):
-Will one of them be more likely to upgrade us for our room or anything else?
-additional ammenities?
-Is one better suited for a honeymoon?
-anything else?

Is there a specific reason you are looking to stay off property if you are coming for a Disneymoon? Assuming the Ritz could be similarly priced to a hotel on-property that is?
