Aw, shucks... twern't nothin', as Deputy Disney would say!
I just realized that you asked about a couple of freebies in Epcot, and my list is all stuff you can do OUTSIDE the parks.
The "free drink" you mentioned is probably the free soft drinks at Ice Station Cool, which is sponsored by Coke. It's an igloo-type structure where you can taste all kinds of exotic soft drinks that Coke makes and distributes around the world. Some are pretty yucky to American tastes (most people seem to hate the bitter one called "Beverly") but I like several, including the watermelon soda and the ginger ale. It's self-serve (they provide small paper cups) and FREE. You can drink all you want.
The "free photo" is probably referring to Innoventions, where you can have your picture taken digitally and send it to friends by e-mail. You can also make and send a short vacation video (about long enough to say "Hi, Mom!") at another Innoventions booth. Both of these are fun and FREE!
