Just when I thought we were packing light...

So this AM DH and I decide we are going nowhere fancier than Margaritaville and packing--jeans, sneakers, t-shirts, sweatshirts--will be a breeze, I get to thinking about what DS will need while we are gone.

So, to send DS to spend the weekend with his godparents he will need:

His karate uniform, his basketball uniform, clothes to go skiing, khakis shirt & tie for church, dress shoes, school uniform, school shoes, backpack with school books...and we have not even gotten to the "pajamas and underwear"! Not to mention perhaps a pair of jeans and etc for times when he is not doing all that other stuff!

Another Universal trip that your son has to sit out?

I took DS on a trip to Universal back in August. Unfortunately some serious behavior problems occured and we ended up cutting our trip short. For good reason, I am reluctant to take him back there.

Since my sister said she wanted to have her 40th birthday at Universal, I ended up renewing everyone's AP's to take advantage of the $99 renewal special. Since we did not take our regular FL trip over the holidays, DH and I decided to get away for a long weekend this month.


We have another trip planned for the whole family in August '06 before our AP's expire.

Too funny...sounds like when my sister has to pack things up for her daughter. Her daughter is only 4, but good grief the girl sure needs a lot of "stuff". I know what you mean about the serious behavior problems...it's tough.
