Just went to ROFR

Wow this went faster than I thought. Read a listing for AKL for 100 points for $72.00 a point with 100 banked 2010 will be available on 12/2011 when another 100 points come in. I made an offer last Friday and it was accepted for $71.00 a point and I pay all closing and split this years Maint Fees. We signed the contract and Seller did today and now just received word its off to Disney for ROFR. We are so excited. Trying not to get too excited. I guess we have a long wait ahead.

Congratulations!! The waiting is the hard part. We just submitted for an addon on at BWV @ $55/ppt so in the same boat as you!

Here is that we both pass quickly. My broker said it should be about 25 days.

Mine went to ROFR on June 23. Now you have gotten my expectations up that I might hear sooner than I had anticipated.

Congrats! We just heard back today from ROFR and it took 21 days. I was hoping we would be one of the lucky ones that only took a few days since I am not always the most patient person. Waiting is the hardest part. Good luck and hope you get through quickly!

We went to ROFR today too. We are buying an add on at SSR for 100 points, so glad to finally get one, been looking for a while. We were told 30 days. She said "The mouse is slow". I'm hoping its quicker, want to upgrade our Nov res to a one bedroom with some banked points, and I don't know if it will still be available. Good luck to all.
