I booked three rooms for the last two nights of our vacation today.
Our Crew: Nanny, SIL, ggg's (22mths), 9yo, me and DH
I ordered up the rooms and got to thinking I ask for the adjoining rooms so that the nanny, 9yo and sil could be connected to the girls room (each will have a room with queen beds) and dh and I will have a room with a king. I was worrying I did not make it clear to the person taking my reservation I need the two queens to "connect" and our situation with the babies being in one of the rooms connecting. So I picked up the phone and called the hotel directly and talked with a CSR at the hotel would immediatly assigned me room numbers! I was so happy he assured me that mine and dh room would be 5 doors down the hall. I'm so impressed with this place all ready! He never thought twice to assign me rooms and never questioned my situation. BTW I booked with a Ent. Rate for 180 pool view and he assigned me a balcony for my king room. I asked him if i had to have three ent cards at check in and he said no one would do and he doubted they'd ask for it. When I made ressie's that guy said ma'ma you'll need three! Needless to say I got my guys name to be on the safe side. Potifino Bay Hotel here we come!!!
Are they always this friendly and kind to you? I'm excited about this place just because the guy was so nice and to think I was heartbroke that HRH was sold out. We are only staying Jul4th-5th. I can't wait.
