Been away for a while - it was vacation time - DVC Member Cruise and a few days at WDW!
Just wanted to say hello and tell you all that I'm safe and sound and coming back to reality -
Met quite a few DISers on the cruise - I was so happy to finally put more faces and names together -
Met up with Kanga at MGM one day and spent some time with her and her girls - was fun but I had to get dh to the airport that day so the time was short -

Just wanted to check in and say "hi"

Marla - the cruise was a blast - most fun I've had in years!!! And no I'm not back in Michigan yet - taking my time driving up the east coast and will visit with my sis again before heading home to the cold.

Thanks Marla, Marsha, and Nancy - I'm now at my sis' in Delaware and we awoke to 8 inches of snow this morning and it's still coming down - guess I'll be here for a bit.
I sure hope that Kanga makes it home safely - the roads were icy in some areas coming up here yesterday and this morning I heard that many are closed due to this storm -

Thank you very much for thinking of us Mary while we drove through the storm, it was very nice of you to call on my cell phone to make sure we were safe.
It was very nice to see you again and meet your dh. Glad to see you made it safe and sound to your sisters too.
Yes the driving conditions were bad but we spent the night in Virginia first to get a good night sleep and then we headed home before the BIG part of the storm but we got snow all the way from Northern Virginia to almost home in the Pocono Mountains.
We also had a great time, hope to be able to do it again sometime. Welcome back home Mary and to the rest of you my fellow DIS friends, nice to be back!
