Paul, Norwegian Sun is a truly lovely ship. I attended her naming ceremony (jointly with Norwegian Star) last November in Miami and got to spend a couple of nights on board, and she is beautifully fitted out, with a great choice of restaurants (especially if you like Asian food) and a fabulous range of other facilities. I would imagine you'll be somewhere in the Caribbean (?), in which case it should make for a great combination of vessel and destination. NCL also operate a Freestyle policy on this ship, which means you choose when and where to eat (no set first and second sitting as on most other lines) and there is no great formality, either, which i think is a much better idea. Thanks for your input. It does sound a wonderful ship and we cant' wait to get aboard.

I've already scanned the web site from back to front. I was quite impressed by the amount of detail on it.

I have also put the "bridge cam" on my active desktop so that we can see where she is at all times. (sad, I know)

As I said in my post to you on another thread, I feel that we have got great value for money. A week at the Grosvenor Resort with a fully inclusive car rental. A week cruising around the western Caribbean with an outside cabin, plus flights of course. All for just under £2600 (+ ins).
