LOL...I love popcorn, with lots of butter. Phew...booking for April was ALOT easier than I thought. No problem getting 2 studios for the 5 nights I wanted...way too easy..

Welcome to the waiting room.......

Monday will be 2 weeks since going over for ROFR. I was sooooo board waiting that I put all known dates that I could find for the ROFR period into a spread sheet and averaged the period. The latest approvals have taken 17 days. Take out the period from the end of June with the ROFR peron retired and the new wippersnapper is only taking 14 days. So, Monday afternoon I am on the phone to see if we passed.

Afterwards, it has taken roughly 12 days to close. I'm sure those dates are dependent on both parties returing signatures and checks in a hurry!
