Put in a request Tuesday Jan 16 for dec 4 - 8 -07 BCV studio. Recieved word today that I got it via email. So nice to just request and not do the phone waiting game but I think if I was worried about getting the days a call is best then you know right away.

Yo mean you actually dared to book a December ressie all at one time. By email no less, who would have thunk it.

Seriously congratulations on the ressie. The email function for ressie requests is a nice feature even if it does take longer.

I never thought it would go though with all the talk of day by day and Dec being so busy with DVC members. I did a day by day yesterday (for Aug called for 4 days on tuesday and the last day on wed). Wed it was a 45 min call and there was trouble with how it was done the first day but it all worked out. What saved me was I have a second seperate contract that we ended up using for the last night and linked them together. I was worried there for a while.
This is all so much learning about the ends and outs of using the points and knowing just how to ask for what I want from member services.

EXCELLENT news! I haven't used the online option...but I'm glad to know it worked well for you! Maybe it's time to go start planning again!!!

have us this for the last 3 reservations i have made. All went through with out a problem. made JAN res @ VWL in sept, May res for 1 BR @ BC made in in oct & Nov 2 BR @ SSR made in jan. All went thriugh with 1st request
