Just upgraded at AKL without husband knowing!!! Sshh!!

We were originally booked at CSR Dec 1-9.

Then the wonderful Disney Visa codes came out and I wanted to do a split stay at AKL and CSR. Dear husband said if he stayed at AKL he would want a savanna room. Well of course no savanna rooms were available when I booked only standard, but he gave me the go ahead since our son would love the resort.

So it was booked. We were staying AKL standard room Dec 1-5 followed by CSR Dec 5-9.

Well, I just happened to check online today and found they had a savanna bunkbed room was available for our stay. So I jumped at the chance knowing DH would be thrilled. So I put down the balance that it cost to upgrade to that room. And DH won't know nothing until we get to our room! I'm trying to surprise him (and dear son because I know he will be thrilled as well) and be little mrs sneaky wife.

So I won't tell if you won't tell...

Have a wonderful time!! Once we got there we were lucky enough to get a free upgrade to the Savannah wing. Nothing like waking up and looking out the window and see giraffe's, zebra's and other animals.

Last year we had free dining and with the difference we decided to upgrade to AKL and it was the best choice we could have done. My DS's wanted to go back this year since we had free dining. However, this trip we decided to stay at the Sports and do the Princess and Pirate Party and go to Seaworld for the day.
