Wahoo!! Made my 20 pounds this week. I could not be happier, especially since it was not the greatest of weeks for me. The best this week, though, was hearing my mother say how nice I look, and how proud she is of me for sticking with it!

I have been on Weightwatcher for 11 weeks and have only lost 17 lbs, you loss is tremendous. What is your secret?

I am just really diligent about what I put in my mouth. I constantly journal, I drink at least 100oz of water a day, I weigh my food, and plan what I am going to eat for the day in the morning, and I try to get at least 45 minutes of exercise in 6 days a week. Most importantly, I don't beat myself up if I falter, I just move on with a deeper determination!
