I'm just trying to make sure I understand how DISavers works. I pay $65 to join, plus a $15 fee for ressies, and I get a check back for 10% of the cost of my resort. If I get my tickets through DISavers I also get 10% of their value back as part of the rebate. If I change my ressie I pay an additional $15 changing fee. There are no fees besides membership, handling fee, and changing fee (if used). I can use the service as many times per year as I want for no addditional fee besides the $15 fee for the ressie. It may be possible to change a ressie I already have booked through Disney over to DISsavers, but not always. Have I got it?

You just about have it :) Just a couple of things! If you become a DISaver Member before May 10th, your Membership is $49.95 for your first year. After May 10th the membership price is $69.95 per year.

Also, tickets are not included in the rebate unless you book a package.
