We are flying out of Dayton on Delta for our June/July cruise and VWL trip. I booked this on Expedia for the first time, after using Delta.com for the last 3 trips.
Expedia sent me an EMail that my times had changed. They hadn't changed much, but according to Expedia we had lost our seat assignments on 3 of 4 legs (we have a stop in Atlanta). We like to be together since the kids are only 5,8 and 11. So I called Delta directly.
I talked to a real nice customer rep. She said we did indeed still have seats together on all 4 legs and one flight number had already changed from the latest Expedia info. On top of that, she is mailing me all the itinerary info in snail mail instead of EMail at no charge!
I know Delta gets a bad rap sometimes and God knows I have had at least one bad experience getting seats, but thought I should share the good news too.
