Just Talked to CM about Sept. Codes

Just called for resort availability at the resorts for September and if codes were coming out for that time period. She said the codes were already in the computer and were "pending." She said it looked like they were in line with the August discounts. She didn't know when they would come out, but to keep checking in.

I just called and spoke to a Wonderful CM and she said that there was definetly a general code pending for after August 28 and it should be released by Monday.She said that there was nothing showing for AP and FL residents though.

I've been thinking that this would never happen! But this, dare I say, sounds promising . I really shouldn't even be thinking about going down again (we just went for 8 days in May), but I can't refuse a good discount when I see one.

I bet they will come out Sunday morning. The August codes came out on a Sunday in June. I would imagine the code will be just for one month. That seems to be the pattern as of late. But you never know...

I spoke to CM this afternoon about Oct 1 & 2 nights that we need, and she said, "when are you coming in, because I see Sept codes coming out soon, but nothing for Oct." She seemed to indicate they were imminent, but only for Sept and these were not AP codes. Good luck to everyone looking for Sept dates! Jo

I really need to get my head checked, we were just there for 8/7 nights in june , and i cant even believe i am going to go again in sept, because the airfair thru southwest is only 49.00pp each way and the hotel rates are really chep.so now i am excited that there may be and even better rate than i am thinking.

I wish my husband was a disney freak. That's the problem in our household. Every 2-3 years is enough for him; every 2-3 months would work for me, lol. In fact, I am the OP and I'm only going in September because a friend I work with is going with me. Husband not only said he didn't mind, he was glad he was off the hook, lol. What's wrong with him????

If my stay starts in September and goes through to October, do the Sept code rates apply to my entire stay? I am checking in during value season so I know I get that rate through the whole stay but I am not sure if codes work the same. Anyone know?

Yes, that rate would apply to your entire stay.

Im not sure about lately but once I had this happen and my rate changed during my stay. Maybe they do not do that anymore!! I hope not for you!!

I would figure on the rates comming out on a Sunday they usually do!! Heres hoping they do come out soon!!!

We received a postcard a couple weeks ago $49 for value resorts from 8/29-9/29. We immediately cancelled our 7/5 package and reserved room-only instead (which is what we wanted to do all along). All without even 1 long distance phone call thanks to Dreams Unlimited & Marla.

We also just received a postcard for the starting at $49 rate for All Star Resort (we really want to stay at Pop Century). My question is does anybody know if they check the name on the postcard. A couple of years ago my sons girlfriend went with us on vacation. The postcard we just received was in her name but sent to our address? Can we use it even though she wont be going and the name dosnt match ours???
