Just sent back closing documents

Anyone know how long for this to finish up?

I am so impressed with The Timeshare Store and Magic Vacation Title. We passed ROFR last Wednesday and I got the closing documents yesterday. We overnighted everything to them and I am hoping the seller moves quick too (I mean they want their money right?). Anyone have a timeline for what comes next?

I am hoping for a booking miracle to find a Studio for 2 nights mid June anywhere but not counting on it. Just want to get in the system so I can check things out!

Congratulations!

We didn't move nearly that quickly! Our timeline so far:

3/2 - submitted for ROFR
3/27 - passed ROFR
4/10 - I emailed to get a status update on closing docs
4/11 - received email that closing docs had been released (after another email from me requesting them to be emailed to me)
4/13 - received closing docs via email
4/16 - closing docs delivered to title company
4/19 - I emailed asking for status of closing, immediated received email response that closing had been completed, and that it could take up to two weeks for Disney to get me into the system.

Update! - I just checked, and our deed has been recorded on the OC site!!! woo hoo!

If I don't hear anything by next Friday, I will call Disney to see if I'm set up.

I can't say the communication has been bad. Sharon has responded immediately to all of my questions, they just don't seem to be very pro-active in their communications. (Probably b/c they are swamped).

I am also trying to book a summer vacation - any 1BR will do!
