Just sent an e-mail for a wonderful CM at Member Services

Today was the first time when I sent an e-mail to the manager for member services for GREAT services from a particular CM whom I have dealt with at various occasions.

She was SO happy when I told her that I will write to her boss about her help. She said that every other week (something like that) when they have meetings, these letters and e-mails are read and they are taken vary seriously.

I love my DVC points and I think most of the CM do a great job in helping member. I would love to see other people send in their happy words to make the nice CM their days.

That was a nice thing to do, luckytso. I too like to give formal compliments when appropriate. All too often people will write to complain, but the compliments just get glazed over.

When you return from your upcoming trip can you let me know if you get your upgrade to club level at HRH?

JOC, I will definitely let you know. I changed my reservation from RPR to HRH just to get a chance for the $35 upgrade to CL. Since we are checking in on Thur and checking out on Sat., I am hoping they would give it to me. The front desk acknowledged that I can get it if the room is available. Can't wait

We stayed at BCV in March and had a fantastic CM who checked us in. She was very happy and polite and full of personality. She helped us to sort out a very complicated park ticket problem and did it in a way that satisfied everyone. She also changed our room assignment to get us every one of our requests.

Before checking out, I asked to speak to the Beach Club / BCV front desk manager and made sure to compliment this CM profusely. I also called back after we got home and spoke to another manager just to make sure she got recognized.

Both managers remarked to me that it was nice to hear the good things that CM's do because they are constantly barraged with complaints. So, feel free to compliment these CM's. Not only will it be nice to recognize someone's good work, but it might help to brighten the day of his/her supervisor.
