We are are going to NYC next Sunday for a few days. This is DD's HS graduation present. The summer didn't work for us to make this trip - so we are going next week, as her exams are over. 
Anywho - we had made reservations for a fabulous hotel in August, and had a pretty good rate for a hotel in midtown Manhatten, and our rate included internet (a requirement for DH)
Tonight - I was casually checking rates...and voila...they dropped, so we made a new reservation, still have internet, upgraded to the next bigger room...AND saved $135. WooHoo!!!
