We are back - bring your ponchos! Rained EVERYDAY around 1:00 ish and last an 1-2 hours! GO TO CYPRESS GARDENS! it was renovated and it is clean, family friendly and not crowded (people are catching on - it has been closed.) Great rides and the kids enjoyed it! SEE La Numba at Cirque Soleil at Downtown Disney , eat at Rainforest Cafe - anything else you need to know?

Hi, we are going in late August. How was the temp/humidity?
Did you find the contrast from the heat outside to the airconditioned attractions too much? I am worried that I should carry long sleeved shirts for us to put on in the attractions as I get chilled in AC very easily.
Also did it cool off at night or remain hot and sticky?

I agree with the ponchos! We returned on 7/1 and had rain almost everyday. We did have some luck when it rained closer to the evening hours because the EMH's were less crowded. At the MK, DS and I rode 9 rides in only a few hours! While it was drizzling in the beginning, the weather cleared up and was wonderful. Not too many people stuck through the weather, but we were glad that we did!
