Just returned

from a three night on the Wonder. I can't believe I didn't go on a cruise sooner. My primary concern was my motion sickness. Took a pill everyday and was fine. The ship is beautiful! There was three of us and the cabin didn't feel crowded at all. The crew on the Wonder work very hard to make everything perfect for you. I would often see housekeeping working very late at night. I felt so bad for them, but at the same time very grateful. I just can't say this enough, the ship is spectacular inside and out.
The food was great and plenty of it. It felt like we were always eating and drinking. We didn't get to try all the snacks available because there just wasn't enough time. We did Palo and it was excellent! I think this is a must for everyone. This cruise was a tester for us and hopefully one day soon we will go for longer. The only downfall was that it was so short.

What did you think of the shows? How was your day at Castaway Cay? Hope you don't mind the questions. I just love to hear everyones experiences.

Glad your home all safe and sound (but probably a little sadder!!). How long until you got your "land legs" back?

The shows were great. The only show we missed was the Golden Micky because we had reservations at Palo. Our son attended the show and enjoyed it. Castaway was beautiful, we took a nice bike ride, and just enjoyed the atmoshpere. We didn't go to the beach becuase we see it here so often, but it was beautiful. Our son was with the club all day on the island. My son really had fun with the club and enjoyed being able to check in and out himself. I was worried that we would need time to adjust to land once we got of the ship, but we were alright.

Thanks for your report...I noticed that you mentioned "taking a pill" each day...what did you take? Did it make you sleepy? Did you drink alcohol with it? What time of day did you take it morning or before bed? Did you start taking it before you boarded the ship?

Motion Sickness is my only worry also for our upcoming cruise

We just got back from Wonder. I had no problem with sea sickness. I took a dramamine every 8 hours. You have to get the non-drowsy formula. It is hard to find but try. I got mine at Target. I drank when ever I wanted and had no problem with the two. I had the best time of my life. Take the pills and you won't have to worry about the motion. Have fun. Brenda
