Just got back after a great trip. We stayed at POR in Oak Manor in room 9239 (nice 2nd floor corner room, river view). The Royal Rooms were fantastic and the kids loved the "fireworks" on the headboards. The room was beyond clean and tidy and mousekeeping was great the entire trip. The area of the resort was quiet and was close to everything. We utilized the south bus depot when leaving the park and the east bus depot when returning home. The weather was great, not too hot and not too cool. Some evenings and mornings did require a jacket, but otherwise quite nice.

Parks: The 11th and 12th were BUSY at MK and Epcot. After that, the lines were as expected and we spent most of the time utilizing fast passes and our "plan" to do the parks. There was an issue on 3/14 at Epcot. The RFID readers were down and we could not get into the park. Total crash of the system ! So, they manually got people into the park, but then tickets were not valid for fast pass. So, we got to test track and they were handing them out. We got fast passes, got into stand by and then "used" the system to get another set of fast passes while we waited in standby. All in all, we did test track 3 times in about an hour :-) Wait times listed were at or less than the time posted, which was nice.

Meals: Had some good QS and TS meals. Our favorite was Be Our Guest. The waitress we had was beyond excellent! She was Yavonne from Germany and was terrific! The "buffets" that we had did not have good service at all, and at times it was hard to get a drink refill or even plates removed. At Ohana, it was the best food we have had, but the poor service detracted from the meal. On QS meals, several staff were not used to the system associated with RFID/PIN usage. We had 2 occasions where it was charged to our room and not taken off as QS credits, so we had to have that fixed both times (which worked out fine).

Buses: Fine the entire trip.

DME: Excellent !

My wife and daughter did Cirque and love it. My son and I did a fishing excursion with WDW Bass. We loved it and caught 12+ fish in our two hours and my son caught a nice 6-7 lb bass that was 20+ inches long. The guide was great and very helpful for both of us. We fished at Downtown Disney on that lake.

Disneyquest: Fun, but only did it as it was included in our package. Nothing that great.

Nothing else to share now. Was a great trip and we are already missing the World
