Just returned - Used Budget

Just returned from a week at the world. We had a great experience with Budget. We expected long lines when we arrived on Good Friday but things moved very quickly. Staff was courteous and cars were clean and ready to go. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and may even sign up for Fast Break.

If you do sign up for Fast Break, make sure you take your card with you. For some reason they don't code your reservation with your Fast Break number. I had forgot mine (actually I have no idea where it is) and the girl at the kiosk made a big deal about it. I would've assumed that the number would be on our reservation. Looked at my printout and it was nowhere. Took them several minutes to find our number in the computer. Wasn't really a big deal but just took longer than it should have.

We've rented with Budget twice and they're okay. We've also rented from Dollar twice and they were a breeze. I go with whoever I can get the best rate from.
