We were at disney from 7/1 to 7/8 and ate in the folowing restaurants, I hope this information is helpful.

Via Napoli- I had Linguine with clams/shrimp/mussels, it was on the menu with red sauce, I asked for white, they accomodated and it was very good. Husband had the pizza, didn't like it. AS a sidenote, we live in the Northeast and people actually come here for the pizza, so we are use to really good apizza. Friends/family that have moved to other parts of the country no longer eat pizza until they come back home because its just not the same, so our opinion may be swayed by our geography.Would not return

Brown Derby-Good Service, good food.Would return

CRT-Was better in the past. I ordered the Fillet of Beef. I received 3 thin slices, one stalk of asparagus that was quartered and potatoe. Tip is included on the meal plan. Would not return

Teppan Edo-Excellent service, excellent dining. would go back

House of Blues-Excellent Service, excellent dining, would go back. (this was oop)

Wave_Excellent service, excellent dining. Would go back.

Overall, I can see the changes in the dining plan. When you go every year you may not notice small changes, but we have not been in a while, like myself, I noticed the change. I had to laugh when I saw one piece of asparagus quartered!

Thanks for your review. Glad to see that you enjoyed The Wave. We will be trying there when we return in 2012.

We fell into a rut of eating at the same restaurants every trip. Told the family we needed to expand our options, and I thought The Wave sounded like a great one.

Glad you enjoyed your trip!

in general with your views. We haven't done Via Napoli yet so no view on that. I don't live near great pizza so I may not be disappointed. My kids love pizza but I'm concerned they won't like the pizza here.

Quick question - how many princesses were at your CRT dinner (excluding Cinderella downstairs)? We were there two weeks ago and I'm trying to determine if this has changed permanently.

Well your review and a few other have me conviced I made the right decission on Via Napoli. I can get average pizza at home.
I still want to try CRT, but what girl does not want to eat in a castle?
Were all of your meals dinner?

Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Arielle, and one more but I can't think of her name

All of these meals were dinner. The meal at CRT wasn't bad, I don't want to misinform. Its just we loved the Pirme Rib and it was gone, so fillet of beef was the next best choice. Other choices were Fried Chicken (which just didn't seem right for a castle), Duck (which is odd as that so many small children eat there and I don't see that being a first pick for a little girl!), there was a fish (its on the current menu at allears, can't recall the name and I believe a pork loin. I think it was just so much better in years past than it is now. You will enjoy the experience, have fun.

We fell into that same rut. So instead of doing San Angel, we did Teppan Edo (great switch), instead of Tutta Italia (only chosen because we did Alfredos) we did Via NApoli (not such a good choice). We had the Fillet Mignon at the Wave. The desserts are offered in groups of three bite size desserts. Very good. HAve fun!

The other princess was Belle

It appears that we may have fallen into one of those unfortunate times when something goes wrong. My daughter didn't notice so there was no scene. This was our fourth trip in a row. We had decided to take some time off from CRT and now that the Major Domo is off the lunch menu that seems like a good ifea.

The princesses strolled around to each table, took photos and chatted. I had never seen so many, and I have been there a number of times. But I was there on July 4th, perhaps that's why.

Thanks for the reviews We are trying Teppan Edo for the first time in a few weeks and was glad to hear you liked it.:)

Thank you for your reviews.

We are trying Via Napoli's also for the first time. We're New Yorkers so I'm not even going to anticipate it being as good. LOL. We're not on the dining plan so the most I'm hoping for is that it's worth the money they charge. It's gotten a lot of good reviews so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

CRT has always had mediocre (actually lousy in my opinion) food, I don't even think they try to make it good anymore. I think they know people will eat any thing because it's in the castle.

I had it just days ago, medium rare

Gotcha. You are one of those people who calls beef tenderloin "filet mignon".
Although the filet mignon comes from the beef tenderloin, it is a very specific cut from it, the most tender. When a menu states beef tenderloin, you are not getting that cut of meat.
When it is a filet mignon, the menu will state that.

Thanks for the review - I'll bet this would get a lot of interest on the reviews section as well :)
