Just returned home yesterday from a 4 night stay at CBR with the DW, & 2 DS. I just wanted to share my thoughts on the transportation we used to help make our trip a success, which it was by the way.
Airline-Southwest, for those who complain about this airline I have this to say; while other airlines across the country were having problems with delays, cancellations, lost or delayed luggage, and other similar problems, all Southwest did for us was to leave on time both ways, arrive 10 minutes early both ways, have all of our luggage arrive with us both ways and not damaged, and have very friendly flight attendants on both flights. All this in addition to only paying $546.00 for 4 round trip, non stop tickets from Indy to Orlando. In exchange for all of this, I will gladly stand in line for a few minutes in order to board, and if I want to sit with my family, I make sure we are in the A boarding group. A+ to Southwest once again.
Towncar-Tiffany, drived was waiting in baggage on us when we arrived, helped us with our luggage to the car, got us from the airport to CBR in what seemed like only 15 minutes. He was also 10 minutes early on the day we departed so we didn't have to worry, again helped with our luggage, and again drove safely but rapidly to the airport. Price was $90 after $5 internet coupon, and I tipped him $20 each way. I will use Tiffany again.
And finally Disney transportation. Part of the fun of a Disney vacation for us is using the buses, boats, and monorail while we are at WDW. The day we arrived, we went to downtown Disney from CBR, this bus took 20 minutes to arrive. After this, all waits for buses, boats, and the monorail were under 10 minutes, certainly reasonable considering attendance was still very high through most of our stay. This includes waits at the resort and the parks. We will continue to use Disney transportation for all of our future trips, because like I said earlier, riding the bus is part of the fun for us when we visit WDW. I realize this probably won't change anyone's mind from what the do or have experienced before, I just wanted to pass along what we enjoyed along with the rest of our trip. Thanks for you time, Bill
