Just Returned from BCV Studio Stay

DW and I had a relaxing time at BCV. Needed some time to unwind from 7 nights of DCL. Our room was ready when we checked in around 11AM. We got a great room, 544 (Epcot view, 5th Floor). We could watch Illuminations right from our balcony!!! However, a slight draw back in that there was a constant beeping coming from the air conditioning unit, which kept DW up all night.


Looking forward to our OKW GV stay during Thanksgiving 03.

Just wondering, is #544 also a pool view? I was under the impression that all even # studios at BCV were pool views. Could the slight beeping be tied in to that strange motion sensing thermostat that people mention? Did you get a chance to go to Beaches and Cream?

Just wondering,you said all was great. I have heard that they have been having problems with the lack of water presure. Did you notice that or any other problems along that area. Thanks

We were in a studio at BCV the third week of March and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The water pressure would probably be considered low by some standards but I don't consider it a problem.

The water pressure issue rears it's ugly head on these boards regularly. I travel frequently on business and I find that water pressure varies from place to place. At some locations it come out so strong it feels like it could take your skin off and other places it's seems hardly more than a trickle.

We have been back one week and had a great time. Water pressure would be my only complaint because it was lousy. We were in a 2 bedroom (406) and had a pool view. We could see the top of the fireworks but the other wing of the villas was in the way. We did see the alligator on the only day it rained.

Our room did not have a pool view. But a fantastic Epcot view. I'm not sure if the "beeping" is tied to the termostat. Did not make it to Beaches and Cream this time around since we had plenty to eat on our 7 nights DCL trip to Western Caribbean.

sometimes the beeping is the fire alarm - don't know why - I have called maintence and they fix it. (we are gone when they fix it - so don't know if they just change the batteries or replace it)
