Just returned from 9 day trip!

This was one of our best trips ever! Stayed in two Studios (cheaper than a two bedroom and more efficient if you don't need kitchen and washer/dryer) for 6 nights at the WLV and then two nights @ the AKL (not on points) on the conceirge level. The CMs seemed better than ever, and the limited hours at the parks were not a problem as walking on Tower of Terror and Space Mountain and the such was ROUTINE--Fast pass was often not open! We ate at:
(D) Narcossee's (Saved $25 for being a DVC member!)
(B) Whispering canyon (It was so quiet, our waitress asked us to ask for some ketchup!)

(D) Spoodles
(D) Artist Point
(B) 1900 Park Fare
(D) California Grill
(Tea) Garden View Lounge
(D) Jiko
(B) Boma

My girlfriend and I practically lived in the Iron Spike Room--I can't tell you the number of times we played Chess. But one the day we left it looked as if someone stole the chess pieces. :-(
When I called the front desk, they seemed to imply to me that such a theft happens frequently.

How did you hear of the $25 discount at Narcoossee's? We will be going there in May. Do you know how long that discount is good for?

And I believe it is good until, at least, the end of this month--but they discounted a bottle of wine which many of the other DVC Discounts tend to leave off!
