Just reserved WL in Jan. What to do special for our family

I just reserved a room for January and it will be the last time we go to Disney for maybe as much as 8 years (kids will be off to college). What can we do special for our last family of four trip to make it the most special trip we have ever had.

Already will be doing limo to WL and back to airport-Reserved VP suite- any other suggestions.

Thinking about pontoon boat to watch fire works, anyone ever do this?

When are you going? I hope its early Jan- the decorations at WL are gorgeous!!!!!

1) At check-in, ask to be a Flag Family at WL.
2) Rent a pontton and do the lakes for one or two hours, with lunch food.
3) Go skiing or parasailing at the Contemporary.

We did the Wishes Cruise last month for the first time and loved it!

I would also recommend trying to be the Flag Family. I think you can ask when you check-in if there are any openings during the time that you are there. And, if there aren't, have them put your name on the waiting list. Sometimes people cancel at the last minute!

The limo ride sounds like a wonderful idea. Is it very expensive to do something like that? What company did you use for the limo? Thanks!
